PluggOne provides reliable Pan-India delivery for all confirmed orders. Orders are packed in tamper-evident protective packaging to ensure safe transit. 6. Order Cancellations
You may request to cancel an order before it has been processed and handed over to our courier partner by contacting our customer support team. Once an order is in transit, it cannot be cancelled directly and must be handled under our replacement policy.
7. Returns and 7-Day Replacement
We want you to have complete confidence in every PluggOne accessory. Under our 7-Day Easy Replacement Policy, if an item arrives damaged, defective, or experiences operational issues, you may submit a replacement request within 7 calendar days of delivery via our Contact Us page with your order details. Following verification, our team will arrange a doorstep pickup and dispatch a replacement unit.
8. 1-Year Brand Warranty
Eligible PluggOne mobile accessories and devices are supported by our direct 1-Year Brand Warranty. This coverage protects against manufacturing defects in materials and craftsmanship, as well as internal hardware malfunctions under standard daily use. The warranty does not cover damages resulting from physical abuse, water or liquid ingress, unauthorized tampering, or normal cosmetic wear and tear.
